Coffee, drink of the rich and the poor,
One cup is not enough, you'll always want more,
It smells so good while it perks and brews,
There are many blends from which to choose.

It's flavor is stronger than tea,
Add cream, sugar or honey from a bee,
It's your choice; a small cup or a big mug,
Take a small sip or one big chug.

It's best in the morning to draw you awake,
Or after dinner with a piece of cheesecake,
It warms you up on a cold winter night,
But if made too strong, it will give quite a bite.

You can buy it all over, even in stores,
If you drink too much, it will make your belly sore,
As a little dark bean it does grow,
The price keeps going up, how much more dough?
